Concerts will continue to start at 7.30pm.
The doors between the church and church hall (where the toilets are) will remain open throughout with the exception of the start of the second half where noise from the kitchen will disrupt the concert.
We have resumed intervals and serve wine and soft drinks (sorry but no snacks for now). You are welcome to bring your own glass or cup if you prefer but glasses will be provided. We will open the doors during the intervals to increase ventilation. Wine is charged at £2.50 for a glass of 125ml. Please bring the correct change if possible.
People serving wine will continue to wear masks for your safety. We request people to wear masks when entering, and buying tickets and buying wine which you may remove when you are seated. We will request you to sanitise your hands on entry.
You will no longer need to book in advance but if you would like to continue to sit physically distanced from other concert-goers please let us know in advance by emailing musicandwineatstlukes@gmail. or texting 07974 809525 stating your contact details and how many people you will be bringing from your household / bubble so that we can reserve seating for you.
Please also continue to let us know in advance if you require disabled seating.
The disabled toilet and the other toilet will be available and there is a spray together with cloths for you to sanitise anything you have touched (there are instructions to help you with this).
Ticket prices remain at £7 / £5 under 25s / free to under 16s.
Please let us know if you would like to be sent a pre-payment link.
We accept cash payments only on the door for this concert.
If you are feeling at all unwell, we ask you not to attend unless you’ve had a negative PCR test. Please contact us if there is any uncertainty about this.
We hope you understand that these rules are necessary in these uncertain times. Please get in touch if you have any additional questions.
We really look forward to welcoming you to Music & Wine at St. Luke’s.
