Acclaimed cimbalom Janos Kallai is joined by local talent Buffo’s Wake for an evening of folk music from around the world. Klezmer melodies, Polish tangos, Mexican waltzes and Romany ballads sit alongside original material composed over the course of the bands 10 years together. Cimbalom, violin and accordion are accompanied by double bass and guitar, taking you on a whistlestop musical tour of Eastern-Europe, the Mediterranean and further afield.
